Information we collect

When you request quotes, we collect your name, phone, email, project address, and project details (type, scope, budget, timeline, home info). We also collect basic technical data such as the page you arrived from and advertising campaign identifiers.

How we use and share it

We use your information to match you with up to three independent remodeling contractors and we share your request with those contractors so they can contact you. Contractors pay us for these introductions. We do not sell your information to unrelated third-party marketers.

Advertising measurement (Meta / Facebook)

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you visit, Meta may receive browser information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, ad click ID and Meta cookies). When you submit a request and agree in the consent box, we also share your email, phone, name, city, state and ZIP with Meta in hashed (scrambled) form, along with your project type and lead category, so Meta can tell which ads led to requests. Meta is the recipient; we do not share your project notes or address. Visitors from regions that require prior consent (such as the EU and UK) are not tracked.

To withdraw your consent to this sharing, contact us through this website and we will stop sending your information to Meta for future events. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

Calls and texts

If you consent, we and matched contractors may contact you by phone, text (including automated technology) and email about your project. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking a caller to stop.
